I’ve just come back from a lovely evening at this pub and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was buzzing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I had the burger and it was simply mouth-watering—definitely one of the best I’ve had in ages. I loved how they use locally sourced ingredients. The only tiny quibble I have is that the music was a bit loud for my liking, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind or have a good time with friends, this is it!

What a gem of a pub! I stumbled upon this place while exploring the area, and it turned out to be the highlight of my trip. The interior is beautifully designed, with lots of character that makes you want to linger. I was particularly impressed with their extensive wine list and the fact that they offer tasting flights. I tried a selection of snacks to go with my drinks, and the cheese board was just divine! The only thing that would have improved my experience was a bit more attention from the staff, as it took a while to get their attention for refills. However, once they were at our table, they were very engaging and helpful with recommendations. I can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu next time!

I recently celebrated my birthday at this charming little pub, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The decor is rustic and cosy, creating a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I was impressed by the variety of drinks on offer, especially the craft beers, which were all locally sourced. The bar staff were friendly and quick to serve, but I did wish there were a few more seating options available, as we had to wait for a table at one point. The menu was diverse; I opted for the fish and chips, and it was delicious! The portions were generous, and everything was freshly prepared. Another highlight was the live music, which added a nice touch to the experience. Despite a minor wait for a table, the overall vibe and quality made it a memorable evening. I can't wait to return!

Despite that, the service remains friendly and attentive, which makes up for any wait you might experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy good food, great drinks, and a lovely ambiance. It's definitely become my go-to spot for a casual night out!
